About the University College
Queen Noor Aviation University College is a specialized higher-education institution dedicated to providing academic and applied education in aviation and related disciplines. It represents the continuation of a long-standing journey that began in 1973.
In 1986, it was officially recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education as a community college under the name Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College, offering two-year diploma programs in addition to specialized training.
In 1990, the college became one of the founding members of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) training program, earning a distinguished reputation in preparing qualified technical professionals for the aviation sector.
In response to the rapid development of the aviation industry and evolving labor market needs, the institution transformed into a University College offering Bachelor’s degrees alongside technical programs and diploma certifications, in accordance with nationally and internationally accredited academic and professional standards.
The college is committed to providing an integrated educational environment that combines advanced theoretical knowledge with practical training, supported by experienced faculty members and modern infrastructure, including specialized laboratories and training centers.
Operating under the supervision of Al-Balqa Applied University and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission, the college continues to pursue its strategic vision of preparing graduates equipped with academic competence, practical skills, and professional commitment—capable of contributing effectively to the aviation sector and supporting sustainable national development.
