SMS (Safety Management System)

Duration: 5 days

Provide participants with knowledge of safety management concepts and ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) on safety management in Annexes 6, 11,14, and 19, and related guidance material; and develop participants’ knowledge to certify and oversee the implementation of key components of an SMS, in compliance with relevant ICAO SARPs.

AOC (Air Operator Cert.) ICAO Endorsed GSI

Duration: 10 days

The participants will be able to evaluate, certify, and carry out surveillance for operators in accordance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and national regulations.

Safety Oversight Inspector (AWI/FOI)

Duration: 10 days

The objective of the course is to provide participants with an understanding of the fundamental principles underlying the effective and efficient regulation of safety and conformity standards in aircraft maintenance, flight, and ground inspections, tests, and simulator evaluation required of a State's aviation regulatory body

Aircraft Airworthiness Inspector

Duration: 10 days

To provide participants with the required knowledge, skills, and attitude on aircraft airworthiness in accordance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) in Annexes 1,6,7,8, and related guidance material.

Audit Techniques

Duration: 5 days

Aims to provide comprehensive training in audit management and auditing techniques to facilitate a fully effective audit process in relation to flight and ground operations, and supporting the achievement of operational and business objectives. The course is highly participative and promotes auditing practices that have become the benchmark in the industry.

Airport Apron Safety

Duration: 5 days

Provide participants with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and attitudes, so they can effectively oversee and manage apron operations activities in order to minimize the effects of accidents that threaten the lives of passengers, personnel, and damage properties, equipment, and premises.

PEL System

Duration: 10 days

The course will enable participants to understand & implement regulatory requirements in personnel licensing in accordance with Annex 1, Chicago Convention, orders, and advisory circulars.

SSP (State Safety Program)

Duration: 5 days

The course develops participants' knowledge of the ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPS) relating to the State Safety Program (SSP), the ICAO-SSP framework and its components, elements, and related guidance material. It also provides practical guidance on key elements of an SSP, including a State's regulation for an SSP, its implementation plan, and the establishment of the State's acceptable level of safety.

Flight Safety (FSO)

Duration: 6 Weeks

•Achieve continuous improvement of an organization's safety performance.
•Increase the level of safety in the operation of the Aircraft.
•Provide participants with knowledge of safety
•Encourage participants to follow procedures and regulations
•Reduce accidents and their severity.

Ground Safety

Duration: 10 days

•To inform the trainees of general safety basics.
•To increase the employees’ awareness of the importance of the safety procedures.
•To raise the level of caution and vigilance of trainees with the surrounding hazards in the work environment.
•To spread safety education in the different corporations through modern scientific principles.
•To reduce accidents and their severity.

Aircraft Accident Investigation    

Duration: 10 days

Provide course participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to: Investigate aircraft accidents, determine root causes, and recommend safety measures to prevent similar occurrences. The participant will be qualified as an Accident Investigator after completing this course, followed by on-the-job training, which will include at least participation in the investigation of two accidents or 5 serious incidents under the supervision of a qualified
senior investigators.

Human Factors in Aviation Safety     

Duration: 5 days

To enhance personnel awareness of individual and organizational human factors issues, both positive and negative, by reducing human error and its impact in all aircraft operations activities.
To present an overview of the various components that constitute Human Factors and clarify its meaning.
To develop human factors skills (such as communication, effective teamwork, task management, situational awareness, and writing of Procedures) as appropriate to the job, to make a positive impact on the safety and efficiency of operations.
To encourage a positive attitude towards safety, and to discourage unsafe behavior and practices.

Airports Certification      

Duration: 10 days

This course provides an in-depth understanding of airport certification requirements as well as implementation tools. A systematic approach to airport inspections is also covered to ensure compliance with the appropriate regulatory requirements for reducing risks of aircraft incidents and accidents at airports.

ATO (Aviation Training Organization)    

Duration: 5 days

The purpose of this course is to provide information and guidance on the implementation of the Standards of Annex 1 related to the approval of training organizations.
And ATO Doc. 9841 deals with the approval of training organizations that provide training services for the issue of an aviation personnel license or rating.
 The participants will be able to evaluate, certify, and carry out surveillance for the Aviation Training Organization in accordance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) and national regulations

AMO (Approved Maintenance Organization)

Duration: 10 days

To provide participants with an overview of the various roles and duties of an Airworthiness CAA inspector, regulations, and standards.
      

Quality Management System

Duration: 5 days

To provide comprehensive training in quality management systems to facilitate a fully effective QM process in relation to flight and ground operations, and support the achievement of operational and business objectives. The course is highly participative and promotes quality practices that have become the benchmark in the industry.

Safety Risk Management 

Duration: 5 days

It is designed to equip participants with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and attitudes, so they can effectively perform risk management activities in order to minimize the effects of accidents that threaten the lives of passengers, personnel, and damage properties, equipment, and premises.

Dangerous Goods Regulations

Duration: 5 days

To provide all staff involved in the consignment, packing, documentation, carriage, or handling of dangerous goods by air, with the general familiarization and knowledge of dangerous goods regulations, to enhance safety.
     

Airport Emergency Plans

Duration: 5 days

•To provide personnel with the Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes required to establish and implement an airport emergency plan in accordance with national and international standards
•To cope with an emergency occurring at the airport or in its vicinity
•To minimize the effects of an emergency, particularly in respect of saving lives

Wildlife Hazard Management

Duration: 5 days

The course will involve a program that will be specific to airport field personnel and the duties related to their jobs, as required by the Aviation Regulations.

Root Cause Analysis

Duration: 5 days

The first goal of root cause analysis is to discover the root cause of a problem or event.
The second goal is to fully understand how to fix, compensate, or learn from any underlying issues within the root cause.
The third goal is to apply what we learn from this analysis to systematically prevent future issues or to repeat successes.

GSI: Governmental Safety Oversight Flight Operations Inspectors 

Duration: 10 days

The course aim is to provide participants with an understanding of the fundamental principles underlying the effective and efficient regulation of safety and conformity standards in flight and ground operations required of a state’s aviation regulatory body.

GSI: Governmental Safety Oversight Inspector- Airworthiness

Duration: 10 days

The objective of the course is to provide participants with an understanding of the fundamental principles underlying the effective and efficient regulation of safety and conformity standards in aircraft airworthiness required of a state’s aviation regulatory body.

GSI: Governmental Safety Oversight Inspector- Airport Compliance

Duration: 5 days

This course is designed primarily to present the rational, and methodology of  
Governmental safety oversight inspectors and airport operator compliance with national and international standards,

Pavement Design and Pavement Maintenance

Duration: 5 days

This course is designed primarily to present the rational, and methodology of flexible and rigid pavement design and maintenance as well as the Airfield surface it evaluation and distress rating. 

AGL Designing System

Duration: 10 days

The main aims of an AGL designing system are to:
•Ensure safe aircraft operations during night, low visibility, and adverse weather conditions
•Provide clear visual guidance for pilots during taxiing, take-off, approach, and landing
•Meet ICAO / FAA standards for light intensity, color, spacing, and placement

Managing AGL Maintenance for Manager 

Duration: 5 days

This course aims to equip managers and decision-makers with the knowledge and tools to effectively manage Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) maintenance operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency

Aircraft Handling & Loading

Duration: 3 days

To ensure participants can carry out aircraft handling and loading tasks safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations.

Airside Safety

Duration: 3 days

This course is designed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and skills to work safely on the airside, recognize hazards, follow regulations, prevent accidents, and respond effectively to emergencies.

AVSEC for Cockpit & Cabin Crew

Duration: 5 days

The objective of this course is to equip aviation personnel with the knowledge and practical skills required to understand, implement, and apply international civil aviation security principles and procedures. Participants will develop the ability to identify and assess security threats and risks, apply effective preventive and protective security measures, and respond appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, unlawful interference, and disruptive passenger situations, in accordance with ICAO standards and recommended practices. The course also aims to strengthen security awareness, individual responsibility, and a proactive security culture to ensure the protection of aircraft, passengers, crew, and aviation facilities.

Dangerous Goods for Aviation Inspectors

Duration: 3 days

This course is designed to equip aviation inspectors with the knowledge and practical skills required to oversee the transport of Dangerous Goods (DG) by air. 

Dangerous Goods Function 2- Processing Accepting Goods   
 Presented as General Cargo

Duration: 3 days

This course aims to provide participants with a fundamental understanding of dangerous goods in air transport, including their definitions, legal framework, limitations, and stakeholder responsibilities.
Participants will be able to recognize, classify, and identify dangerous goods, including hidden or undeclared items, and understand basic packaging, marking, labeling, and documentation requirements.
The course also builds awareness of passenger provisions, emergency response principles, and safe cargo acceptance practices in accordance with applicable regulations.

Dangerous Goods Function – 4 Handling Warehouse, Loading and  
 Unloading Ulds and Aircraft Cargo Compartment

Duration: 4 days

This course aims to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical competence in the safe handling, loading, transportation, and monitoring of dangerous goods by air. It enables participants to identify, classify, communicate, and manage dangerous goods, including hidden or undeclared items, apply stowage and segregation requirements, respond to emergencies, and report dangerous goods incidents in compliance with ICAO, IATA, State, and Operator regulations.

Dangerous Goods Function 5- Involving Direct Passenger in Contact at an Airport

Duration: 3 days

This course aims to provide participants with the essential knowledge and awareness required to identify, assess, and manage dangerous goods in passenger and crew baggage. Participants will understand applicable regulations, limitations, approval and operator requirements, recognize hidden and forbidden dangerous goods, and apply basic emergency response and notification procedures in compliance with ICAO, IATA, State, and Operator provisions.

Dangerous Goods Function 6- Planning of Aircraft Loading 

Duration: days

This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and operational competence to manage dangerous goods throughout the cargo pre-loading process. Participants will be able to identify and classify dangerous goods, apply regulatory limitations, stowage and segregation requirements, issue and verify the NOTOC, and ensure safe loading in compliance with ICAO, IATA, State, and Operator requirements.

Dangerous Goods Function 7- Flight Crew 

Duration: 3 days

This course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to safely manage dangerous goods during the transportation of cargo and baggage before and during flight. Participants will be able to interpret the NOTOC, identify forbidden dangerous goods, apply emergency procedures, and communicate effectively with flight operations, ATC, and emergency services in compliance with ICAO, IATA, State, and Operator requirements

Dangerous Goods Function 8- Flight Operations Officers and Flight Dispatchers 

Duration: 3 days

This course aims to equip participants with the essential knowledge and operational awareness to safely manage dangerous goods during the transportation of cargo and baggage. Participants will be able to recognize forbidden and hidden dangerous goods, understand regulatory requirements, interpret the NOTOC, and apply correct procedures and communications during normal operations and emergency situations in accordance with ICAO, IATA, State, and Operator regulations.

Dangerous Goods Function 9- Cabin Crew

Duration: 3 days

This course aims to provide participants with the essential knowledge and practical awareness to identify, accept, and manage dangerous goods in passenger and crew baggage and during the transportation of cargo and baggage. Participants will be able to apply regulatory and operator requirements, recognize forbidden and hidden dangerous goods, verify baggage compliance, and respond effectively to dangerous goods–related emergencies in accordance with ICAO, IATA, State, and Operator regulations.

Dangerous Goods Function 10- Security Screening

Duration: 3 days

This course aims to provide participants with fundamental knowledge and practical awareness to identify, process, and accept cargo and passenger/crew baggage while preventing the carriage of undeclared or forbidden dangerous goods. Participants will be able to recognize hidden dangerous goods, apply approval and passenger provisions, and report dangerous goods accidents, incidents, and occurrences in accordance with ICAO, IATA, State, and Operator requirements.

IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO)

Duration: 5 days

This course is designed primarily to present the rational, and methodology of flexible and rigid pavement design and maintenance as well as the Airfield surface it evaluation and distress rating. 

Government Safety Inspector Operations- Air Cargo Certification Safety

Duration: 5-8 days

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
1.Identify ICAO standards, regulations, and State responsibilities for certification and oversight of air cargo operations.
2.Evaluate an air cargo operator’s manuals and documentation for compliance.
3.Conduct demonstrations and inspections related to air cargo operations safely and effectively.
4.Assess and approve training programmes for air cargo operations.
5.Oversee special cargo and dangerous goods transport in accordance with ICAO SARPs.
6.Understand the certification phase and prepare/issue amended OpSpecs.
7.Perform continuing safety oversight of certificated air cargo operators.

ISAGO Preparation Training for Airlines' Safety

Duration: 5 days

This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to understand and implement ISAGO standards, conduct readiness assessments, identify and address compliance gaps, prepare required documentation, and effectively support ISAGO audits, thereby improving coordination with ground handlers and reducing operational and safety risks.

Radioactive Material Transport Certification Safety

Duration: 5 days

Master the regulatory framework and operational procedures for the safe and compliant air transport of Class 7 (Radioactive Material).
