Aircraft Maintenance is a technical academic bachelor’s degree program that integrates theoretical knowledge with intensive practical training in aircraft systems, including airframe structures, turbine and piston engines, avionics, fuel, hydraulic and electrical systems, maintenance management, quality control, and safety operations. The program prepares graduates to work as aircraft maintenance technicians/engineers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and light aircraft, as well as preparing them to meet local and international licensing requirements.
The program aims to prepare highly qualified technicians in the field of jet aircraft maintenance and to perform technical and logistical services within airport maintenance centers with a high level of professionalism, in accordance with the standards of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the requirements of Level Seven in the professional pathway of the Jordanian National Qualifications Framework (JNQF).
