Duration: 5 days

This course provides delegates with an insight into safety practices and the complexities of Aerodrome Operations. Through interactive discussion, delegates will learn about key processes, procedures, and issues relating to aerodrome certification, development, operations, safety oversight, auditing, and regulatory compliance.

Air Transport Management

Duration: 5 days

The course aims at acquainting participants with the up-to-date Air Transport Facilitations, and Aviation management concepts, enhancing their skills, knowledge, and capabilities to cope with the recent development in issues related to the air transport industry, such as flight permissions, aircraft documents, slot management, and facilitation services in the international airports, multi-lateral and bilateral agreements.

Air Transport Policy Course

Duration: 5 days

The course aims to acquip participants with the up-to-date Air Transport POLICY concepts, and at enhancing their skills, knowledge, and capabilities so as to cope with the recent development in issues related to the air transport industry, such as acquiring basic knowledge about traffic rights, and airlines' commercial operation. Air transport regulation, international arrangements for air transport facilitations and facilitation services in the international airports, and the international organizations in the field of
air transport.

Airline Finance & Economic Costing

Duration: 5 days

The course aims to acquaint participants with the up-to-date airline economic costing concepts of operating cost and fuel cost.
•Evaluate the financial manager's role within the airline management team, and improve your financial analysis skills
•Acquire a functional approach to cost management, including how to initiate change and improve performance.
•Gain practical, hands-on experience with airline case studies
•Technical development, traffic rights, and liberalization of air transport.

Airport planning and Design

Duration: 5 days

This course is designed primarily to present the rational and components of airport planning program in compliance with best international practices.

Airport Master Plan

Duration: 5 days

The course will focus on the challenges of balancing differing service level requirements arising from differing airline business models, changing passenger mix, specialized cargo handling, and other non-aeronautical requirements such as third-party commercial service providers. The course will further explain how best to engage interested parties to identify issues that may have consequences for achieving long-term value for investors in airport assets and customers.

Basic Airfield operation

Duration: 5 days

The goal of the course is to assist Airfield operations officer(s) to perform his/her job in an efficient way

Airport Strategic Management

Duration: 5 days

The course aims at acquainting participants with the up-to- date Airport Facilitations, Planning, Statistics Analysis, Safety Management System, Strategic Planning and Aviation management concepts, also at enhancing their skills, knowledge and capabilities to cope with the recent development in issues related to civil aviation industry, such as; Airport Management, Airport operations, aircraft documents, slot management and facilitation services in the international airports, multi-lateral and bilateral agreements.

Advance Airport Operations

Duration: 5 days

This course is designed primarily to present the rational and components of Advance Airport Operation in compliance with IATA standards and international practices.

Airfield Pavement Evaluation and Maintenance

Duration: 5 days

b) This course is designed primarily to present the rational, and methodology of flexible and rigid pavement maintenance as well as the Airfield surface it evaluation and distress rating. 

Airside Operations

Duration: 5 days

To instruct the personnel to meet airside safety Regulation in accordance with ICAO and IATA requirements.

Luggage and lost items Management at international airports

Duration: 5 days

It is designed to equip participants with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and attitudes, so they can effectively oversee and manage luggage and lost stores at international airports activities to reduce to the minimum the effects of accidents that threaten the lives of passengers, personnel, and damage properties, equipment, and premises

 Marshalling

Duration: 10 days

This Course will provide Marshalling officers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to ensure that aerodrome Marshalling procedures are implemented appropriately in order to achieve the goal of safe and efficient aerodrome operations.

Station Ground Handling

Duration: 5 days

This Course will provide officers with instructions to instruct the personnel to meet aircraft/passenger handling operations in accordance with ICAO and IATA requirements.

Terminal and Landside Operations

Duration: 5 days

The Terminal and Landside Operations course will provide participants with the knowledge to optimize airport terminal and landside operations and provide a positive passenger experience in harmony with security requirements and revenue-generating activities.





Freight Forwarding

Duration: 5 days

The course will be performed by a freight forwarder, who originally included arranging transport and preparing documentation on behalf of the shipper, including both importing and exporting (depending on INCOTERM). With multimodal transportation and containerization becoming more prevalent, the responsibilities of freight forwarders have grown.


Passenger Flow Management

Duration: 5 days

The purpose of this course is to detail the procedures in place at the airport for the management of
Passengers in airside areas.

The Foundation Archiving & Documentation

Duration: 5 days

To gain the expertise, skills, and knowledge in office management and archiving and documentation to foster an Aeronautical information environment by aligning the data chain inputs and outputs to achieve quality aeronautical information products and services.



Aviation Library Management

Duration: 5 days

1) Gain an Introduction to the Documentation used in Support of Aircraft Operations and Maintenance
2) Understand how to organize, manage, and maintain all document storage in accordance with regulatory requirements
3) How to maintain a master log of all manuals, including electronic & Troubleshoot and investigate problem/missing paperwork

HR Management in Aviation

Duration: 5 days

This course enables participants to create a high performance Aviation organization and culture by developing human resource (HR) strategies consistent with business strategy and developing the key leadership skills necessary to manage upcoming changes and challenges.
